  • Where do we ship to?
    Currently we only ship to the UK using Royal Mail as our trusted courier. We are working on shipping internationally!
  • Which shipping option do we use to ship our parcels?
    We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 and Tracked 24. The option is yours to choose which shipping option between those two you would wish to use. With Tracked 48, Royal mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 business days, this costs £3.50. With Tracked 24, Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel for the next business day, this costs £4.50.
  • Will fragile items such as mugs arrive safely?
    Fragile items such as mugs will be shipped in a smash proof box to assure safety.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
